Professional Chocolate Workshop

An in-depth and professional workshop, for adults only, that reveals all the secrets of the chocolate world.

In the workshop you will receive a comprehensive theoretical and practical background in everything related to the production, processing and preparation of chocolate and its products, including a tour and work in the chocolate factory itself.

In the workshop we will learn the following topics:

* Temperature

* Preparation of ganache

* Preparation of pralines from scratch

Each participant comes out with 32 pralines, 3 tables, chocolate chips and a handmade fold.

Duration of the workshop: 3.5 – 4 hours.

The workshop is conditional on a minimum of two participants.

* Payment must be arranged in advance and together with the order – by credit card or via 10Bis or Cibus.

* The workshop takes place in accordance with all the conditions of the purple character and the guidelines of the Ministry of Health.
* The workshop must be booked no later than three days before the requested date.
* The workshop starts on time. Arrive a few minutes before the start time.
